Honestly no complaints. Gorgeous hotel, brand-new rooms, amazing view especially at sunset. Delicious and plentiful breakfast to start the day. Stunning central location, near restaurants, the adjacent golf course, and Monterey. Amazing food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity. Early check-in, parking on site. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

A combination of hits and misses
The outdoor area with fire pits and s'mores made our evenings magical! The staff were genuinely friendly, and we loved the convenience of water coolers around the hotel!
Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity made online tasks a hassle. Plus, the outdated bathroom fixtures left much to be desired-certainly not up to modern standards.

The room was clean and had all amenities I would expect from a hotel like this. The lights were brighter than most hotel rooms, and it had both AC and a variable speed ceiling fan. The included complimentary room WiFi worked fine and is crucial when staying away from home. Definitely a solid choice.
A bit noisy at times.

A Fantastic Stay Experience!
As a solo traveler, I enjoyed a nice night in a serene King Room with Patio. The staff was great with their warmth. I particularly loved the peaceful atmosphere and the well-kept grounds. For a good meal, check out the on-site restaurant for its excellent breakfast options!

Sits on a beautiful Monterey golf course. Grounds are well maintained. Near the freeway so some noise, but very convenient. Can be in Carmel in minutes. The service staff was very friendly.
Decor in the room was more contemporary. Just not my style.

Hip new hotel and clean, savoury breakfasts, ideal location next to a golf course.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering great options for the family. The staff at check-in were welcoming and accommodating. The pool could have been better maintained. There weren't enough clean towels and seating was limited due to a private event.

Located in a large property with golf course, lots of green. The room is very comfortable and clean, modern. Easy access with car to all sides, 5 minutes from downtown Monterey and 15 minutes from Carmel. For breakfast we went to a very new and modern cafe in the center of monterey called Captain + Stoker, very rich coffee. In price quality was the best thing we found to stay near carmel. You can't miss the 17 mile drive, you have to pay 10 dollars to enter with the car because it is a private neighborhood.
The air conditioner was a machine that did not match the room, instead of cooling, the machine itself got hot. The same applies if you open the window to the balcony and air comes in and you don't need air, but you should improve it. The bathroom door is sliding and does not close tightly, so it does not give you the privacy you need, you feel that everything is still open.
